Mr Stumer KC has a general commercial practice in litigation and arbitration. He has acted in disputes relating to mining, construction, insolvency, insurance, professional negligence and banking. Prior to his call to the Bar, Mr Stumer KC was a Senior Associate at Allens and a Lecturer in Law at Magdalen College, Oxford.
